　　Has rich experience in cleaning process management and cleaning related equipment use.I have been exposed to the application of ozone cleaning process,especially the cooperation of various types of trough and single-wafer cleaning equipment.
　　Can independently compile process application guidance documents,be familiar with various cleaning process routes,understand the characteristics and operation of cleaning equipment,have the ability to test and process verification,and analyze and summarize cleaning effects.
　　Can continue to carry out research on the application of ozone and related processes in semiconductor-related cleaning,including analysis of ultra-clean cleaning mechanism,and propose various defect control processes on Si/W/Cu and heterogeneous material wafer surfaces;
　　Have more than 6 years of practical work experience in the manufacture or application of related wet cleaning equipment such as semiconductors and have been independently responsible for project or department management.
　　Bachelor degree or above,major in electronic engineering,optoelectronic communication,semiconductor physics,chip system design,chemical technology,etc.,fluent in English and proficient in using various software tools.
