job requirements:
　　Have experience in the design and development of cleaning equipment in semiconductor and pan-semiconductor related industries,and understand the application process of dry and wet cleaning related to semiconductors.
　　Familiar with ultra-pure system material selection,familiar with mechanical processing technology,familiar with engineering plastic parts processing,understanding of pneumatic and hydraulic principles,etc.,understand equipment control principles and propose control logic.
　　Have more than 6 years of practical work experience in the design and development of photovoltaic,semiconductor and other related equipment and have been independently responsible for equipment development projects,serving as major mechanical,structural and system design positions.
　　Bachelor degree or above,major in electronic engineering,optoelectronic communication,semiconductor physics,chip system design,mechanical design,etc.,fluent in English and proficient in using various software and development tools.

Matching the capacitive load of the discharge chamber; successfully developed a large-scale ozone generator and supporting equipment with a single ozone output of 127.86kg/h, which reduced the unit energy consumption of the ozone generator and improved the stability of the equipment operation; The NOx pre-oxidation and synergistic absorption technology has been verified and improved.
