On March 18th, the national key R&D project "based on pre-ozonation NOX and SO2 synergistic absorption technology" undertaken by our company completed the subject acceptance in Beijing, and our company successfully completed the subject tasks and various assessment indicators. During the implementation of the project, our company developed a high-performance, long-life discharge unit; mastered key technologies such as the design and manufacturing technology of medium and high-frequency ozone special transformers, and the precision production and assembly technology of large-scale ozone generator generating chambers, realizing the realization of ozone power supply. Matching the capacitive load of the discharge chamber; successfully developed a large-scale ozone generator and supporting equipment with a single ozone output of 127.86kg/h, which reduced the unit energy consumption of the ozone generator and improved the stability of the equipment operation; The NOx pre-oxidation and synergistic absorption technology has been verified and improved.
