During the implementation of the project, our company developed a high-performance, long-life discharge unit; mastered key technologies such as the design and manufacturing technology of medium and high-frequency ozone special transformers, and the precision production and assembly technology of large-scale ozone generator generating chambers, realizing the realization of ozone power supply. Matching the capacitive load of the discharge chamber; successfully developed a large-scale ozone generator and supporting equipment with a single ozone output of 127.86kg/h, which reduced the unit energy consumption of the ozone generator and improved the stability of the equipment operation; The NOx pre-oxidation and synergistic absorption technology has been verified and improved.
